23+ Remote work benefits and perks

Inherent benefits of working remotely are many, and different for each. Your “I get to eat dinner with my family” is my “I never miss mocktail hour on the porch after work”.

Of course, remote work lets you:

  1. Remove your commute

  2. Spend more time on life and less on work

  3. Live almost anywhere

But now, remote work itself isn’t enough. Employees still want to give the same loyalty, productivity, drive and creativity to a company with a strong mission and vision, and they want to do it remotely. But to attract and retain top talent, top perks are becoming the norm. With the savings companies get from not having an office, some of these perks can have quite an impact on employee’s lives.
