Many of us end up day after day with the same monkeys on our back, struggling to get through our never-ending to-do list. It’s not easy to get used to feeling like your list is never done. You get up, re-write your list, putting the most important things at the top, and end the day again wondering why you didn’t “get anything done.”

Tables can help break your list up into a few of the most important high level categories. Add subtasks and notes and suddenly you have a way to prioritize either based on the most important, urgent, or just pick one from each category. You can eat the frog first or last, as long as your table is helping you feel more organized and in control of your day.
